NexHyr Cookie Policy
This page explains how NexHyr uses cookies and browser storage in plain English.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data that your browser stores for a website. We use them, and similar browser storage, to keep NexHyr secure and working properly.
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are always on. They help you stay signed in, protect your account and keep core features working. Without them, NexHyr cannot function properly.
3. Analytics cookies
If you choose to allow analytics cookies, we use Vercel Speed Insights to help us understand how NexHyr performs and where we can improve it. If you reject optional cookies, we do not load Speed Insights.
We do not currently use marketing cookies.
4. Browser storage
We use browser storage to remember your cookie choice so we do not keep asking every time you visit. We also use browser storage for other existing platform features such as theme settings and saved drafts.
5. How to change preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the cookie banner or from Account Settings under Privacy & Cookie Preferences. If you clear your browser storage, NexHyr will ask again on your next visit.
6. Third-party services
NexHyr uses third-party services to run the platform. Supabase helps with account and database features, Stripe handles payments, and Vercel Speed Insights is used for analytics when you allow it. These services may use their own essential cookies or browser storage when needed to provide their features.
7. Contact
If you have a question about cookies or privacy, email support@nexhyr.co.uk.
